Registration will be considered complete and valid upon reception of the full payment of fees.
An email will be sent to individual participants upon completion of the registration process. This confirmation must be presented at the registration desk on-site of the conference in order to receive the conference documents and access badge.

Event Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellation or modification requests must be submitted in official writing by email to the organizing secretariat: firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancellations received until 1st September 2018 will be refunded by 100% minus a handling fee of €60. After this date no refund will be made.

All individual modifications and replacement requests must be submitted in official writing email to the organizing secretariat; an administrative fee of €60 will be applicable for requests made after 1 October 2018.
